
Bring It On!
Wow! 2009 was a great year for us. Even though the economy wasn’t the best, our first year was very good. When Vance and I started Mountain Air, we felt like customer service was a lost art. We really wanted to bring it back with Mountain Air Conditioning and Heating. We hoped that homeowners would see the difference, appreciate it, and become lifetime customers. Well, after the first full year in business, I’m happy to report that our plan seems to be working. Of course, we have you, our loyal customers, to thank for that. So, thank you, thank you, thank you!
We hope 2010 will be a better year with a stonger economy. We are looking forward to finding new customers who really appreciate good service. We are so happy to be able to run a company our way – the way my dad taught me – the only “right” way in our opinion. It’s truly a pleasure to serve you and to know we are doing more than making a living; we’re building a reputation. We promise in 2010 that we will stick to our guns and live up to our slogan, “Service at a Higher Elevation”. Besides being a sound business practice (when you treat people right, they’ll come back) it just feels good.

We’d like to welcome Keith Kiernan to our excellent team of technicians. Keith brings 17 years of heating and cooling industry experience with him. He is NATE certified (North American Technician Excellence) in gas furnaces and air conditioners. He has a geothermal background (using the earth’s heat to warm your home) as well as a NATE certification in Hydronics (using water to heat instead of air). So no matter what kind of heating or cooling need you may have, Keith can handle it.

Keith graduated from Ogden High School and attended Weber State University. He’s very familiar with the area and the heating and cooling needs of our geographic region. I’m excited about hiring Keith. Of course, he’s very talented and educated in the heating and cooling area, but we hired him because he thinks like we do. He really understands the importance of customer service. He told me he was very excited about working for Mountain Air because we have a reputation for excellent customer service and he’s proud we chose him. That makes me feel proud too. I hope our reputation for excellent customer service continues to spread. Call us if you have any heating or cooling needs.
